This spacious 1400 sq ft three bedroom two bath home is situated on a half acre in the Springs, Clearwater Beach area of East Hampton.
This year the house was hooked up to Suffolk water thus eliminating low pressure problems, and the worry of contamination from road salts and fertilizers. Without a well pump running electricity costs are lower.
The heated inground pool is virtually maintenance free thanks to the automated robotic vacuum that works while you sleep, but if hiring a pool maintenance company makes you more comfortable you are welcome to do so.
The house has central heating and air conditioning, as well as a wood burning fireplace that easily heats the main living, dining, and kitchen areas of the house.
The kitchen is loaded with all of the amenities that you are accustomed to and there is sufficient dinnerware for large groups.
The three bedrooms easily sleep six adults and with the queen sized sleeper sofa another two adults are easily accommodated.
All summer rentals include access to the members only Clearwater Beach.
This membership eliminates the extra cost of acquiring town beach permits
There are no weekend or weekly rentals available.
