This year the house was hooked up to Suffolk water thus eliminating low pressure problems, and the worry of contamination from road salts and fertilizers. Without a well pump running electricity costs are lower.
The heated inground salt pool (less than a human tear) is virtually maintenance free thanks to the Tiger Shark robotic vacuum that works while you sleep, and the Pentair Intellichlor system. There are NO chemical costs or the need for expensive pool service companies. These improvements add up to between $100 and $150 in weekly savings.
The house has central heating and air conditioning, as well as a wood burning fireplace.
The kitchen is loaded with all of the amenities that you are accustomed to and there is sufficient dinnerware for large groups.
The three bedrooms easily sleep six adults and with the queen sized sleeper sofa another two adults are easily accommodated.
All summer rentals include FREE access to the members only Clearwater Beach (just three minutes away).
This membership eliminates the extra cost of acquiring a town beach permit (currently $375).

A Gas Grill is supplied for your use.
There are NO weekend or weekly rentals available. The minimum rental period is two weeks.
